REFUND & RETURN POLICY – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Azul Abaya does not offer refunds or returns on international orders. All items shipped outside Qatar are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, clients may contact us at azul.qatar@gmail.com with photos/videos of the issue. Azul Abaya reserves the right to inspect the claim and determine whether store credit or replacement is applicable. Refunds are not provided for international orders.


ALTERATION POLICY – WITHIN DOHA

Azul Abaya provides alterations within Doha only under the following terms:

  • One free alteration is offered per order.
  • Any additional alteration after the first will incur a 50 QAR fee.
  • The store covers the delivery cost for the first alteration only.
  • For any following alterations, courier/runner costs must be covered by the client.
  • Clients must ensure they provide accurate measurements or a sample abaya for size reference to reduce the chance of future adjustments.

Alterations are not available for international customers.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been placed.

All sales are final.


SHIPPING POLICY

We ship locally and internationally through trusted courier partners.

Shipping availability may vary based on location, customs processing, or peak seasons.


SHIPPING TIME

Processing and delivery for international orders may take up to 10 days, including:

  • Order preparation
  • Packaging
  • Courier processing
  • Transit time
