• Processed through DHL. Delivery takes up to one week.

• Shipping charges are included with the abaya cost. Additional taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations.

• Local Shipping (Qatar):

• Inside Doha: Shipping fee is QAR 30.

• Outside Doha: Fees vary depending on the route and may exceed QAR 100.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take up to 7 business days.
